Dr. Riley Dreher
D.C., M.S., B.S.
Chiropractic Physician | Movement Specialist | Rehabilitation & Performance Coach

Dr. Riley Dreher brings a dynamic background in performance, resilience, and functional rehabilitation to the Boulder community. With clinical training grounded in movement science and experience forged as a former elite wildland firefighter, Dr. Dreher offers a unique approach to health and recovery that is rooted in strength, adaptability, and long-term function.

A former state champion in baseball, Dr. Dreher was on a path to compete at the Division I level before an injury derailed his athletic career. That experience fuels his passion for working with baseball athletes—helping them stay healthy, resilient, and ready to compete at their highest level. He’s committed to ensuring others don’t have to face the same setbacks he did.

His practice focuses on helping patients move better, perform stronger, and break through physical limitations that restrict their lifestyle, sport, or recovery. With dual graduate degrees in Chiropractic and Strength & Human Performance, Dr. Dreher blends evidence-based manual therapy with functional rehab design and strength coaching tailored to each individual.

Driven by a deep commitment to clinical mastery, Dr. Dreher has completed extensive post-graduate education through the Motion Palpation Institute (MPI), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization (DNS), and Rehab2Performance (R2P). His training includes spinal and extremity adjusting, gait and running analysis, core and trunk stability, postpartum and prenatal care, and advanced strength rehabilitation strategies.
